My first blog post.....ta-dah!! I feel like I finally made it into the digital age!

Since it is the summer and the schools are closed, I know you are missing your library at school! Okay even if you not I still want to encourage you to go and visit the Jefferson Township Public Library. The library is located on Weldon Road across from the municipal building.

This summer the library is sponsoring a reading program "Fizz, Boom Read". The library will challenge you to "Blast into reading with Great Books". You are reguired to read just four books over the summer. The children who meet this goal will be entered into a raffle for prizes.

As well as the reading program the library will offer a variety of exciting and explosive programs for all ages this summer. All programs a listed on the Jefferson Library website. All programs are free but require registration. So check out what is going on at the library this summer!
